Privacy policy

This policy covers EB Ventures Ads, the internal Google Ads reporting tool of ECOMWERDA, trading as EB Ventures ("we"), Verlengde Schrans 44, 8932 NP Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.

Data we access

When an authorised EB Ventures user signs in with Google, the tool requests the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With it, the tool reads data of Google Ads accounts that belong to EB Ventures: account names and IDs, campaign, ad group, keyword and search-term performance, and Keyword Planner metrics. We do not access Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.

How we use it

The data is used only to produce internal advertising reports and keyword research for our own online stores. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties and do not use it for advertising profiles of individuals.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our password manager and on the work computers of the two owners. Report data is kept in our internal spreadsheets and systems for as long as needed for our business administration, and deleted when no longer needed.

Google API Services User Data Policy

EB Ventures Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or delete data, email info@ebventures.nl.
